Shipping policy

Our products will be shipped in locally sourced (Switzerland) plain boxes, made from recycled materials. We may use branded marketing on our packaging slips and tapes to identify our products to you. On occasions we may use original WeatherTech packaging for some items.

MS:Direct AG is our Logistics Service Provider for the Swiss market, we work with MS:Direct AG to offer the most cost-effective and efficient pricing and delivery services for our Swiss customers and clients. 

We endeavour to provide a 5-7 day delivery service from receipt of the order and cleared payment across all of Switzerland for those products that we have in stock. For any other ordered items not carried in-stock we will provide an estimated delivery date of 4 to 6 working weeks and no more than 45 working days. After 45 working days, the customer can under our "refund-policy" cancel the order with a full refund via the original purchasing platform.

We will provide real-time tracking of your order and notifications on delivery status either via email/SMS, via the consumer explicit consent through our website. From time to time, we may contact you directly by email with a delivery update.

Where you order a set of products that are in stock and on back-order, we may part-ship those products to you at no additional cost.

From time to time, we may offer various delivery options, including free deliveries within Switzerland based on the order value and/or number of units purchased. However, we have certain items (CargoLiners), that can be over 100cm in width, which incur additional LaPoste (oversized) charges, we will charge for these oversized items at 20CHF. Irrespective of the free delivery for a combined purchase of over 250CHF.

These charges will be passed on to the customer, irrespective of any other promotion or delivery discount that may be activated and applied to the final shopping cart value at the time of purchase.
